Online Ordering
We are asking all of our customers to please order online for a couple of different reasons:
#1 By ordering online you are going to have more order options and will be able to customize your order and get it just the way you want it.
#2 Right from the start, it will give our office ALL of the information we need to help the order process go more smoothly for you and your clients.
#3 You can access our website 24/7 and place orders anytime you like. After you pay, a receipt will be emailed to you.
#4 We have added a quick reorder process! You can quickly add something to your order, no need to go back through the whole process. You can reorder everyone of our items from the quick re-order process. Just go to order now and check quick reorder!
Photos and number of photos taken and how we determine what to take
How do we determine the number of photos taken? The number of photos taken depends on what you order.
When HAR added the ability to load 32 photos to a listing we came up with the upgrade option. All of our prices and amount of photos given never changed. We just added the upgrade, which now tells us to take more photos for you, allows us to load more photos to HAR, and put more photos in your slideshow tour.
16 photos to HAR - $75
Photographer takes 16-25 photographs
This will typically be exterior, entryway, formals, kitchen, den, living, master bedroom, and master bath.
It might not cover the whole house if it's more than 2000 sqft. If there are certain things to take, please be at the appointment or specify in special instructions on your order form.
16 photos to HAR AND 32-40 photo slideshow tour - $100
Photographer takes 32-40 photographs
This will typically allow us to take photos of the average sized home (2000-4000sqft) We will take exterior, entryway, formals, kitchen, den, living, master bedroom, master bath, secondary bedrooms, hall baths etc... If the home is larger than 4000 sqft, there will start to be less angles and some things might not be taken.
32 photos to HAR - $110
Photographer takes 32-40 photographs
This will typically allow us to take photos of the average sized home (2000-4000sqft) We will take exterior, entryway, formals, kitchen, den, living, master bedroom, master bath, secondary bedrooms, hall baths etc...If the home is larger than 4000 sqft, there will start to be less angles and some things might not be taken.
32 photos to HAR AND 50-60 photo slideshow tour - $135
Photographer takes 50-60 photographs
With this package we will take photos of everything! Exterior, entryway, formals, kitchen, den, living, master bedroom, master bath, secondary bedrooms, hall baths, barns, community amenities, built-ins, custom features etc...

EFlyers
We can now create a custom Eflyer campaign for you. We will send your Eflyer out to 26,000 Realtors in the Houston Area. We can actually send anywhere in the USA. Below are a list of prices.
Rockbait has teamed up with Waves 4 Water and is now donating .50 cents from every single order. We are asking our customers to do the same so we can raise a dollar per order. Waves for Water is a non-profit organization that provides inexpensive water filtration systems to people in need around the world. $25 dollars will purchase 1 filter which will then give 10 people CLEAN drinking water for a year. I am thrilled that Rockbait is now helping people around the world.

We now give you the option to load your own photos to HAR! We will just send you the link for FREE and you can load the photos that you would like to HAR. Just let us know when it is active and you have loaded your photos and we will load your tour and start on your brochure.
